3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting services. NOCO Notary 2 You is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Mobile Notary Services
4.1. Service Area: Our mobile notary services are available within designated areas of Colorado. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
4.2. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to availability.
4.3. Client Responsibility: You must provide valid identification and ensure all signers are present and prepared at the time of the appointment.
5. Apostille Services
5.1. Processing Time: Apostille processing times may vary depending on state and federal agency timelines. NOCO Notary 2 You is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies.
5.2. Document Handling: We will handle your documents with care, but we are not liable for loss or damage to documents during mailing or transit.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1. Pricing: Our service fees are outlined on our website. Additional fees may apply for travel, rush services, or other special requests.
6.2. Payment Methods: Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.
6.3. Refund Policy: Fees for completed services are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations may be issued at our discretion, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOCO Notary 2 You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
